Ever since I gave birth, I've been having this tingling, pins and needles kind of pain in my lower back that sometimes seems to run down from my back. I'm wondering if it could be sciatica, but I'm really not sure.
I kept thinking it would go away on its own while taking care of my little one, but it's still there and I'm starting to get worried. Has anyone experienced this after giving birth? If you did, could you recommend a good doctor? I'd really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you so much! 🥹 #help_mom
