Daily headaches in 2nd tri

Hi mummies! Just entered 2nd tri last week and keep having headaches especially towards afternoon. Normal? I’m not sure if I need to hydrate more but I also cannot stand the taste of water still. #1stimemom #advicepls

You definitely need to hydrate more! Try flavoring your water with some fruit or a little bit of cordial.
