Mummies during preggy do you all try to express milk? Preggy for 3rd n now 32 wks plus so feel uneasy n thinking if I should try to express n see.. My earlier child I express for some time only and I fully df je.. If pump will it be over supply??

Its not recommend for u to express milk during pregnancy as u can cause early labour. U will not have an over supply as u can deep freeze it for up to 6months.(first in first out). If u did have an oversupply u can give to ur other children to drink too..breastmilk is good for
