Eczema got worse after I got pregnant. Why is it like that?

Mummies this is driving me crazy, ever since I am pregnant, I got this very bad eczema, got a steroid from gynae but still I am worried. It is super itchy, it seems like nothing helps.. Anyone experiencing this too?
