I had eczema on my whole body. I went to a dermatologist recommended by my gynae and the derma told me that it’s due to pregnancy hormones. If the itch is driving you crazy, I suggest seeing a dermatologist instead. They may be able to give you better creams to help you cope with it. My eczema cleared up completely after I saw the derma too. Take care. (:
