I did not follow any of the Malay pantang at all. Even though my mom nags , I eat as normal, and I drink cold water right after my c section. I did not drink chicken essence though my mom scolded me for not drinking it.I don’t cover myself with appropriate clothings, I nver wear socks after giving birth. I took 10 days massage session , everyday she will help me bind my stomach. After she go home I remove it🤣 Overall , I feel okay. And I get back to my pre pregnancy shape. I don’t know if this is all extra stuff that does nothing to us …. I just don’t like all the hassle . 😂 I feel fine, now I’m 5 month postpartum

I did not use it aft my first childbirth. so not sure how different it might make me feel. I was feeling OK tho tt time. no bloating whatsoever. but this time with my 2nd I'm gonna use all of the traditional stuff just to see if there's any difference.

Hi mummy!! Instead of pilis, my masseuse used the brand Seri Ayu, Pilis!! Its smell super nice!! Its literally like lotion! U can get it at al baraqah! Super cheap and works well!

Its literally lotion.. just rubbed on ur forehead, u feel way better!! No need to wash also! It really dry down fast! The cooling effect is sooo good! Its SariAyu, u can purchased it at Al Baraqah or any malay shop i guess..

pls use pilis and any kind is fine! it helps with your migraine and you will definitely need it. its fine if you dont follow other pantang, but this is strongly advise to use it

I did have it. Massage Aunty mentioned 'tarik angin' therefore highly advise to use.
