Poop and lecithin

Hello mummies! Did any of you experience baby having watery poo after you consume lecithin? I took sunflower lecithin and started having soft stool myself. After that, I realised baby having watery poo too. Not sure if it’s because of the lecithin that I took. Should I stop giving baby breast milk for the time being? TIA!

I took Sunflower Lecithin too, but only when i feel there are clogged ducts. Otherwise, I don't consume daily. I wouldn't stop to give baby breastmilk in my opinion, unless the soft stool is making baby's stomach feel gassy/uncomfortable.
