Legendairy milk Sunflower lecithin

I use to have clogged ducts I tried sunflower lecithin and it works, however it says to consume daily 1 soft gels 2 times a day , But can I consume it occasionally though? only when its clogged, Idw to waste because its not cheap brand🤣

Can but I would recommend you to at least still take 1 per day. When I have clogged ducts (often leads to mastitis), I take 6 at one go, 3-4 times a day. (I have the habit of forgetting to eat also, then I eat a lot of mala on the other hand haha).
