Tiny pus like bumps on face

Hi mummies, did anyone of you experience a sudden outbreak of tiny little pus like bumps on your face (the two side of your nose and on your chin area) before you guys were tested positive for pregnancy? I tried to squeeze out those tiny pus but they reappear again shortly after. Can this be a sign of implantation or something? I’ve never had such pimple outbreak before.

sounds like hormonal change more than implantation?

I started having them in trim2, till now week37 still havent go away. &they flare up (get very red) every once in a while. was told by gynae & my facial beautician that it is due to hormone changes, asked me to wait n see if they subside after delivery.
