Baby

Hello mummies! My daughter is ll months old and is experiencing really hard dry bowel movements and constipation. Shes on all solids and drinks formula milk. What can I do to make her go with some ease and give her more regularity? Please advise. Thank you! :)

This can be quite normal, but it may be worth getting baby checked once by a pediatrician. But: if the child seems to be in pain, has vomiting, or has blood in the stool, they should be seen by the pediatrician immediately. Otherwise, it can be completely normal to go less often — as long as the stool is soft when it comes out. If in doubt, check with the pediatrician. A dilution of 1-to-1 prune juice/water may also help.
