Double stroller recommendation

Hi mummies! Currently looking for a double stroller that has: - Big basket - fit taxis - can go up & down the bus easily - both seats can be put in a sleeping position. (prefer not to disturb the basket type) Some brands either tick 1 or 2 boxes from what I want. Any recommendations are welcome! TIA(:
