I really feel you on this, being a first-time mum and trying to find the right gynae is so nerve-wracking. I don't have personal experience with Dr Yvonne Chan specifically, but a friend of mine saw her at TMC and said she was patient and thorough, which meant a lot especially in the earlier weeks. For rates and packages, it's honestly best to call TMC directly as these things change quite regularly and you want the most accurate figures. If she turns out to be unavailable, maybe ask the TMC clinic to recommend other female gynaes on their panel since they can match you based on your due date and preferences lah.
