Rib pain - 3rd trimester

Hi mummies, just curious if anyone have experienced really bad rib pain during pregnancy before? As for myself, it hurts so much just to change sleeping positions or lift myself up from sitting position to standing up .. Is this normal ?

I did. My LO’s foot was there, and she kicked me every night 😅 I would have to rub that area and hope that her foot moves.
