TransV for first trimester

Hey mummies. Just curious on this, every when is it required to do the transV? During my first check up, my gynae only did an abdomen UTZ and i thought we’re going to do the transV.

I didn’t do any transV nor checked for dilation thru out my entire pregnancy. Gynae only saw my V during labour 😂 As long as it’s clear enough to see via abdomen scan, I think trans V is not necessary.

Nice! I hope I’m also gonna be like that my entire pregnancy lol. Cos im quite scared in the transV. So meaning, abdomen UtZ can also detect the heartbeat?
