Will Polyclinic Allow 5-in-one Jab For Baby 11 To 12 Weeks Old?

Hi any Mummies bring their baby for 5-in-1 Jab before the official 3rd month mark? Will Polyclinic Allow baby to take the Jab at 11 to 12 weeks old? Called the Polyclinic hotline but operator unable to advise.
