Hi mummies, Any brands of perineal spray to recommend for use after natural delivery? Can i get it at pharmacies (E.g. Watson, guardian etc) or retail shops in Singapore? Thanks ! #advicepls #firstbaby
I got earth mama but only sprayed once. Fastest way for me was Dettol wash & warm water. Helped speed up recovery as well. (May sound scary to wash soap on your wound but it doesn’t hurt 😂)
