Sleep schedule for 1 month old

Hi mummies! My baby is turning 1 month old soon. I read online that babies are not supposed to have a sleep schedule until they're 2-3months old, but some experienced mothers told me it's okay to start a schedule for them. Could you share what a typical day is like for your 1 month old baby? Whether it be a scheduled or unscheduled one. Would like to see what works for my baby. TIA!
