Baby hair keeps getting knots

Hi mummies, my baby's hair keeps getting knots in the morning after a long night sleep. Her hair is really fine and even the shorter hair gets knots too. We don't really want to cut it short as we don't want her bald. Any mummies faced the same and found solutions to reducing the knots?
