Baby acne getting worst

Hi mummies, my baby is almost 3 weeks old and I noticed that his baby acne is getting worst. Used to be only on his cheeks but now spreading to his forehead. Is this normal? Should I visit the doctor for lotion to apply? What should I do

can make poly appt for baby and ask for specialist referral if needed. otherwise poly may prescribe a cream
