Feeding egg, tofu and beans

Hi mummies. My baby is 8m plus old. When can i try out egg, tofu and beans on her? As many people have allergy on these ingredients i have never tried since day 1. Which age will be more suitable?

since she has passed 8 months. you can start them. start from one . feed a little and check weather baby is allergy to it

my baby start weaning at 5 month old. at 7 month I gave tofu. at 8 months I gave egg yolk 9 months gave whole egg.

can i know how u gave egg yolk and egg? hard boiled or?

u can try since 6months. it is better to introduce allergens sooner. for egg i gave my lo omelet, I do BLW

how do u prep omelette? do u fry it using oil or butter or?

can try. for eggs, try with the egg yolk first . monitor for 3 days before introducing a new food
