Ham Sandwich

Hi, any mummies ate store bought ham sandwich during pregnancy and babies come out fine? Just concern if the ham in sandwich is cooked.

Just reheat it! Doesnt matter if its process food or hot home cook meal as long its in moderation.

Will eat.. will ask them to warm it up.. ate 1 or 2 times without warm.
