Any side effects of iron pill Sangobion Forte?

Hi mummies! Anyone here taking iron pill, Sangobion Forte? Do you experience side effects like stomach issues? I’ve been pooping several times a day but it’s not watery. Thanks!

    I stopped them as my gynae says folic acid is more important at this point 😅 im currently at 13 weeks
