5mg folic acid

Hi mummies anyone still taking 5mg folic acid in third trimester? Not sure if it is too much I have been taking 5mg from the start of pregnancy till now in 34weeks….

Do check with your gynae. You shld be on prenatal vitamins. My gynae recommended to stop folic acid and prescribe obimins (vit) since 12 / 13 week.
