5mg folic acid

Hi mummies anyone still taking 5mg folic acid in third trimester? Not sure if it is too much I have been taking 5mg from the start of pregnancy till now in 34weeks….

I stopped folic from week 13 n doctor prescribed prenatal vitamins n fish oil. but the prenatal vitamins contain some folic too.
