5mg folic acid

Hi mummies anyone still taking 5mg folic acid in third trimester? Not sure if it is too much I have been taking 5mg from the start of pregnancy till now in 34weeks….

you're not taking prenatal vitamins? usually week 13 onwards doc will give prenatal no more folic acid cause inside prenatal already have folic acid.
