I really feel you on this, it is such a big decision to make alongside an already major surgery. I had my tubes removed right after my C-sect and honestly the recovery was not that much harder than recovering from the C-sect alone, just needed a bit more rest in the first week or so. No major side effects for me personally, though everyone's body is different, so it might be good to have a detailed chat with your gynae about what to expect based on your own health history. You are not alone in this, and it is completely okay to take your time to ask all the questions you need before deciding.
