When I introduced baby rice for my girl, I just mixed a tiny bit with some breast milk or formula to make it really watery at first, then slowly thicken it as she got used to the texture. Start with just a teaspoon or two once a day and see how your LO takes to it, there is no rush at all lah. Give it a few days before you increase the amount, and watch out for any reactions along the way.
