Infant lazy eyes

Hi mummies, anyone have any idea how to detect lazy eyes? I recently realise my LO (16mths) can’t seem to focus one side of her eye… like one eye is looking somewhere else instead of center. Not sure why. Help please! 🙏🏻

That imperfect trying mum

Maybe check with a PD? And they can refer you to the relevant specialist. Usually lazy eyes can be corrected when intervention is done earlier
