I haven't been through this myself, but polyhydramnios (high fluid) at 32 weeks can happen for a few reasons, and the GD test is a smart precaution since gestational diabetes is one of them. The good news is that your doctor is being proactive by rescanning and testing rather than just leaving it, so I'd go ahead with both and see what shows up. At 22cm it's borderline high, not severely, so there's a decent chance it could settle down on its own too. Just make sure you do the GD test and follow up with the rescan as advised, then you'll have clearer answers.
