Hi Mummies! Anyone had or currently having GDM while preg? Bcos I have GDM now. My qn is, does your glucose readings always remain within the range or fluctuates i.e sometimes so good, sometimes so-so. And what about near the end of preg, does the readings still fluctuates? Thank you Mummies!

FTM here and diagnosed with GDM as well. I started pricking for almost a month now and my glucose readings are not always within the range (not too high and not too low) I was referred to a dietician who made a meal plan as a guide for me to follow. As per my  gynae so far my readings are good but she changed my pricking sched from 7x once a week to 7x twice a week to closely monitor my glucose levels
