Hi mummies, anyone of you experiencing this...the milk blister area had formed a scab (something like hard lumpy feel on nipple)? Its no longer painful to latch. Is this normal or is it an abnormal growth? TIA.

I had a lump due to an old bite. it's more like 'new' skin forming. Something like keloid. I went to ask a doctor, they said it's normal. so i didn't bother about it anymore.

Can feel a lump too under the skin of nipple. Its been there few weeks already. Will it go away? Did you see your gynae or GP?

Did you try to peel it off? i ever did, but i manage to pull the scab off

Its thicker than a scab. Feels more like a small lump. Its solid round hard lump inside nipple. Am not sure if its due to my boy's biting (poor latch). It happens more than once & latch was painful till I pricked with needle. But now it seems 'hardened ' into a lump.
