Low placenta

Hi mummies, anyone experience low placenta at 20 weeks pregnant? Though doctor said its normal at my stage and the placenta will go up by itself and baby development is doing okay & healthy. Just curious, if there’s anythings i should avoid.

I was having low placenta throughout till 22 weeks , must have more bed rest .
