Hey mummy, Don’t worry too much! I had it too and I was extra careful after. I avoided carrying heavy things, less walking and no sexual intercourse until the gynae gave me the green light. My next check-up I was told everything is fine!
Congratulations mommy! It is quite normal to have low placenta. You need an extra care like dun carry heavy things, avoid intercourse and dun stand or sit too long
I was having low placenta throughout till 22 weeks , must have more bed rest .
