25 weeks and severe back pain

Hi mummies, anyone ever experience very bad backache, it's like you will feel cramps and sharp pains all the way till your thigh area? And cervix pain? How do you relief the pain? I'm 25 weeks pregnant

yes it’s a normal pain.. use a heated pad on the back, but not medicated pad
