I have no idea what is gold tier nanny (is it those nanny that PEM normally assigned to influencer, if yes then maybe they are better) otherwise personally my experience with Pem is not really gd. The 1st nanny they send were horrible. we fired her on day 7 and requested for a replacement. the replacement nanny seems fine at 1st but slowly pattern start to come out.
