Some mums I know found that things settled a bit more by the 1-2 year mark after they finished breastfeeding, though obviously everyone's different. If you're set on exploring procedures, most will tell you to wait till you're done breastfeeding anyway, so you've got time to research and compare costs between clinics here versus Thailand or KL without rushing into it.
