I had 2 premature babies so I took the jab twice (4 times to be exact, 12 hrs apart on both thighs for my 1st baby & on my butt for my 2nd baby). When the nurse injects, yes I do feel extreme cramp on my whole leg which is also super painful. But just probably for a few mins.
But no side effects on baby. All was good.
