Pump/latch regularly. More demand = more supply.
Water, many many water. Can try taking lecithin to thin the milk so the flow is smoother.
It may or may not work for you, but this works for me.
Sunflower lecithin Pump princess or Liquid Gold or Cash cow. I rotate them all from Legendairymilk.
