Shampoo for eczema baby

Hi mummies! My 3 mth old infant was diagnosed with eczema (on his face, ears & head) so now I need to change all his shampoo. Any recommendations? And can I still put baby powder on him?

My baby has eczema too and he is using this. Everything was good Yes you may put baby powder on him but not too much..

Hi mummy thank you for your reply. May I know what brand of baby powder will you recommend? Currently using Kodomo but like I typed above, I need to change everything already.

You can try cetaphil? That brand is more toward for eczema.

Don’t recommend powder. Try Cetaphil? Or Ceradan? Or WV?

The powder is only for his body. Not putting anu except moisturiser on his face. Bought Aveeno yesterday and so far so good. His eczema seems to dry up.
