Baby Rashes All Over Body

Hi mummies. My 3 months old baby is having these rashes on his body. He took the pneumococcal and rota few days ago. Any idea if it's rashes after vaccine/heat rash or eczema? Any remedy other than steroid cream? Thanks!

If the vaccines were given a few days ago, this is less likely due to them. But bring baby to see a doctor anyway
