Miscarriage or just implantation discharge?

Hi mummies, this is my 2nd pregnancy after 5 years. My gynae confirmed mine is around 5 weeks plus after my check last week. After the ultrasound check and saw sac and yolk. The next day I noticed I started to have tiny bit of brown discharge when I pee. And it stopped till this morning (Tuesday, 29 Jul), theres a dot of brown discharge (or spotting) on my pantyliner. Just wondering do I need to be concern about this? I dont feel cramps or anything.#Needadvice

Hi mum, congratulations on your pregnancy! Brown spotting in early pregnancy can happen for so many reasons, implantation, cervical irritation from the scan, or sometimes just normal, but since your gynae just checked you last week and everything looked good on ultrasound, I'd still give her a call today or tomorrow to let her know what you're seeing, just to put your mind at ease. You're only 5 weeks plus and without cramps, that's a good sign, but better to check in with her than worry yourself, especially after waiting 5 years for this.
