Brown spotting in early pregnancy can happen for so many reasons, implantation, cervical irritation from the scan, or sometimes just normal, but since your gynae just checked you last week and everything looked good on ultrasound, I'd still give her a call today or tomorrow to let her know what you're seeing, just to put your mind at ease. You're only 5 weeks plus and without cramps, that's a good sign, but better to check in with her than worry yourself, especially after waiting 5 years for this.
