Formula milk quantity

Hi mummies my 2months plus boy only drink 90ml - 70ml every 3hrly. His weight now is 5.6kg. He used to drink about 120ml but now keep on decreasing. How long will it last? His nap time also very short in the day time. Is this normal? How do i know that his having enough for his age and weight?
