Aiyoh girl, you are definitely not alone in this! My friend who just had her baby a few months ago said she had the exact same thing, every sneeze would just trigger this horrible wave of nausea even though she wasn't that sick otherwise during second tri. What seemed to help a few of them was keeping some ginger sweets or plain crackers nearby so you can nibble something right after to settle the stomach faster. Don't worry too much, most of the mummies I know said it gets more manageable as you go further into second tri, hang in there, you're doing great!
