Heat rash

Hi mummies, my 12days old newborn is having bad heat rash. Any other remedies besides applying cream and wipe with cooked water? I am not bf btw

These doesn't look like heat rashes, best to bring your lo to see a pd asap.

Best to bring see dr. That does not look good.
