Milk Intake

Hi mummies, my 10wo LO starts to extend feeding interval from 2 to 2.5hrs and dropped a feed at night but he did not asked for more milk per feeding session. His daily milk intake has reduced from ~800+ml to ~650+ml. Any mummies experienced this?

Yup, adding on to Cherlyn's suggestion, do try to increase his milk during the day. It is ok if he doesnt wake up for feed at night, or have a longer nap during the day etc, cus sleep is equally important too. If they are truly hungry, the will wake up and u can tell by their cries. But just try to increase his milk abit during the day and see how he takes it.

Sounds pretty normal at that age. How about diaper amount? Still producing the same amount of urine / poop?

Wet diaper abt 3 to 4, poo abt 1 to 2 times. Somehow i feel he is not urinating as much as before.

Hey, Do try gradually increasing the milk supply for feeding and observe how he reacts to it.

Maybe you can try increasing the amount of milk you give per feed during the day? Try aiming for 150ml/kg/day which is 750ml for him:)
