The fees can be quite heavily subsidised, but the key thing is to go through a polyclinic referral first, my friend went that route and said the subsidised rate made a big difference compared to going private or self-referred. It is still not cheap overall, but the subsidy helps quite a bit, so if you have time, that polyclinic step is worth doing rather than going straight to KKH directly.
