I drink those instant cereal drinks to keep me “full”, peanut butter bread, etc. The empty the stomach the more nauseous you’ll feel. And do not eat full meals too. Small meals & snacks in between helps.
Now in my 9 weeks, I feel like it just gotten worst.. 🥴🥴 endure & survive mommy!
Try more liquids if solid food doesn’t go down well. Can try fruit juice, milk, oat milk, porridge water, Ribena, or just lemon squeezed in water. Important to keep up with some nutrients!
Can try Meiji plain biscuits with milo dip.
