Plugged milk duct and fever. What should I do?

Erm try to use milk pump or hand massage to reduce it. u can check with legendiary milk they have supplement that help reducing this i think. Best is to see a doctor

Take the normal panadol for fever. Warm compress and massage/pump to unclog the milk duct.
