MOM rules say cannot, cfm. If helper complain, u will cfm kena. Because address at her work permit indicate your address, not your mother house. Helper will only do her job to take care of your kids under your mother supervision. Other than that, cannot make her do UNLESS she want to do it out of her own goodwill but need black and white to make sure that it wont backfire to u.
By right your helper can't do any work at your mum's place. And believe she needs to settle your household chores either before or after from mum's place. To avoid conflict just pay her additional. Emphasis to her this extra is for u to do work at my mum's house. If she accept it she can't complain. I had the same scenario and this was what the agent advise me.
Should be illegal for helper to work anywhere outside your house, however if she's only taking care of baby it's OK. My helper also travels to my MILs house when I go to work but she only watches my baby there (MIL has her own helper) so no issue
Legally, she can take care of your baby but she cannot do housework for 2 houses. Anything outside this is discretionary. Even if she initially say yes, ok, if she doesn't want to work and tells on you, you will also get into trouble.
Legally, she is not supposed to work in any house other than yours n in ur case she is supposed to only take care of ur kids n ur chores. You can definately talk to her about this, the good ones agree to it.
Legally will b an issue. Just saw yesterday a notice in condo mentioning similar thingy but fir money. Guess even without money also not allowed.
Hi, This sounds like a good option but might not be legally feasible. Best would be to talk to your helper first about this
As you know, legally helper can’t do chores in another household that is not the registered address of her employer.

Can ask ur mom to go over to ur house instead? It's rule tht ur helper shouldnt help out in other houses
Not possible, she needs to cook for family too. That's why the dilemma.
